After missing last conference due to the vacation I was happy to get the recharge I felt that I missed, really it had been a year instead of 6 months. Highlights for me were Uchtdorf's talk in Priesthood Session and Holland's talk on Lust. Both were well mastered. Also really liked Oaks explanation of Blessings and stress on Faith and the Will of the Lord. Plus there is nothing better than being at the Priesthood Conference.
All that being said nothing was better than going to Pat's BBQ after conference and upon getting to the door running into my good friend Jared. We ate there about a month ago and loved it, talked about going back again, esp at conference. I had seriously considered calling him during the day to see if he was going. Running into him at the door was, as they say Priceless.
