In the midst of birthdays

Its about that time of year when we have Natalie and Janalynn's birthdays. Now that I am on the wrong side of thirty I can't help but consider the implications of age. That is why I love this quote for the ageless wonder Satchel Paige.

Thought provoking. I don't want to be fifteen again, I can tell you that. Twenty five now that sounds like a nice age. Guess I just need to be twenty five and forget how old I really am. Reality is about perception. My perception creates my reality. 25 sounds nice.
