Southern Broil

I went to Strawberry Fri morning with Agbor and Rick. I caught the only fish, a whopping large minnow. But we caught 55 crawdads. These are funny little guys. They are like mini-lobsters. It is weird to think they are just in a lake here in Utah. Went to my friend TJ's and did a southern broil. It turned out nice. Although nothing was better than when his wife wigged out when we put the crawdads in the pot. She said, "I am going to be sick." They were tasty little buggers, but they are a lot of work for a smidgen of meat. As you can see they are almost black but after they are cooked they are a nice red color.
